Reviews
"David McCracken is a kind man"
"The woman who answered the phone (paralegal maybe?) helped me so much when my nephew was incarcerated and my sister was dying. Mr Bill Donaldson however was rude and very disrespectful to my nephew, as his attorney. Can’t we do better at the jobs we chose? Maybe he should be at the DA instead of PD"
"They were not very helpful or prompt with return calls"
"I called to get help and information for my son, who is being represented by this office. The woman I spoke with was rude and insulting."
"Mon, 17 Sept 18 In some regards I'm runnings 17 years behind on an official review of this public defender's officer. They did me well 17 yrs ago. Everyone in the office did really well and near everyone was involved somehow and in some way. I didn't have anything really to offer them other than to say to the State, I reacted to a very sad and tragic event in an equally sad and tragic manner... I have nothing bad to say and no disappointments to express since there was none and the outcome was most likely better than a higher price (judge assigned me to pay a total of $2500. to the State's defender fund), well connected attorney or law firm could have done. Basically each lawyer and staff member that was there 17 yrs ago is still there, except the head defender passed away a few yrs ago. They all were intelligent and had fight in them (I was assigned Debra Black) and I would say they probably still do now. With All Respects, Gregory Battles"
