"We built a home in Warrior Woods in 1974. Under Par Realty the roads are nearly impassable. One of the recent reviewers called it sub par. This should be their company name, Sub Par Realty. Zero Stars not option, this is as low as I can get in order to post."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I lived up in aberdeen for a year now at an apartment that I rented out. My realtor was Kathleen. Throughout the year my dish washer broke. My roommates and I reported it to Kathleen around Christmas last year and she told us we would get one within two weeks it took over TWO months to get one. Kathleen constantly came up with a lot of excuses as of why we did not have a working dishwasher. Our departure was coming up at the end of June 2017. Kathleen sent us a list of what to do. Throughout the year my roommates and I have had a problem with one of our roommates. She decided she did not want anything to do with the departure list. We reported this to Kathleen and she pretty much told us that this was our own problem, and this was a "learning experience" for us. Kathleen has constantly been a problem throughout the year!!!"

It was a great place to vacation 3 or 4 times a year and a wonderful place to live while relocating to the Pinehurst area. "My experience as a renter with Brenda and Kathleen at PAR has been excellent the past few years. They have followed up immediately any time I contacted them about any concerns or issues. Brenda immediately followed up during a recent power outage and contacted the utility company. She also went out of her way to check on an delivery at I was expecting at my rental, when I was out of town. Kathleen quickly followed up on a recent inquiry to her about a future rental. She also contacted me about work that was being done at the house I was renting to politely inquire if the time and date was convenient. All of my interactions with PAR have been professional, polite and efficient. Based on my experiences I highly recommend PAR to anyone renting a house in the Pinehurst Area."

"I am currently renting a furnished unit from Pinehurst Area Realty, specifically Knollwood Village for a month until I close on my house in August. I moved down here from Michigan, not knowing much about the area. Ever since I received the keys to my unit I have been EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with their service and unit. I arrived after hours and the only things I received were the keys and directions to the unit. There was no welcome letter, directions on when trash/recycling was picked up or where to dispose of it, and no instructions on how to access our mailbox. Then after moving into the unit, I find 3 bags of garbages sitting and rotting in a closet, clothes in the dryer/drawers, perishable items left in the cupboards, a burner on the stove wasn't working, and the biggest problem that is still unresolved is the SHOWER/TUB doesn't drain properly. I will be in the shower for 5 minutes and the water will be above my ankles. I've tried getting this issue resolved, but staff their is unfriendly and full of excuses. I first talked with MARY, she was useless. She had multiple maintenance men come and look at the drain but no one fixed it. She then just told me that the building and plumbing is 40 years, what do I expect. I then spoke with the owner, BARBARA, and she was full of more excuses. All I asked of Barbara was to refund me my $80 cleaning fee and I would be satisfied. She then proceeded to tell me, I already got such a good deal on the place I should just be okay with sub-par standards. She also said that they already spent enough money coming out to try and fix the problem, so she suggested we find a new place to live because my standards are just too high and she will not be able to fix the drain. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!"
