"Lovely things. Painfully slow check out…up to 30 min with 2 or less customers in store. Sales gal swapped (snatched) away frame I chose (silver with light grey velvet back) with silver with black velvet without telling me. Not first less than stellar experience (6+ times) which is why I avoid going in if at all possible. Just wanted light backed frame. Sigh Thanks for the reply…I only reviewed after many times of experiencing lengthy check out year round. The frame, I don’t have time to spare to return for exchange as I needed it for an event."
