I was able to buy a pair of chairs right off the showroom floor and had an entire custom bed made for my 4 year old daughter that shipped to my house in just a few days. "This is a hard review to write as the sofas I received were a 5 star. They are great quality and came quickly as well (rare these days) However the shipping and delivery is a 1 star as well as the "customer service" follow up received. Our sofas were shipped with their threshold delivery which failed to mention any restrictions. They will not drive down any gravel roads. Our house is quite far from the main road meaning our very heavy sofas would be dropped in the street ½ mile from our house. I found this out 20 minutes before the delivery driver would be there so I had to scramble to find a truck and people to help get them to my actual threshold at a big expensive to myself. I emailed the company with some feedback regarding this and got a very generic canned response."

"I’m not typically one to write reviews, but I’m BLOWN AWAY by how comfortable my new Coley Home sectional is. The fabric is durable, soft, and very forgiving (I have a family of five including a 1 year old bernedoodle who now refuses to sleep anywhere but this couch). Delivery was quick and the product looks and feels just like I’d hoped it would. If you’re in the market for a sectional look no further!"
