"Waited for a couple of months to get the furniture. Got delivered by a 3rd party company. Paid $9,000 for two pictures, two recliner, a rug, and rug pad. The rug pad came in much longer than the rug. The people who delivered it cut the pad. It is cut 2 inches on one side and goes to 6 inches on the other side. Rug is stained. One of the recliners the back doesn't work with the power button. The cushions do not have enough stuffing. Horrible for the price they charge. Called to talk to manger today about returning due to unsatisfactory product. She was very rude and defensive from the start. Tried to tell me I had canceled a technician to come out that was never shceduled. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau on their store and product as well as canceling my credit card transaction. Beware before you order with them. Quality isn't what they charge."

"My fiancé recently bought a mirror here and was originally told it would be 25 percent off. We get to checkout and find out she told us wrong. It was as only 10 percent. We still bought because we loved it so much. The “designer (glorified salesperson)” told us that she would comp us the white glove shipping because of the error. Couple weeks later we get a call saying we have to pick up the mirror or pay for shipping and that the saleswoman never mentioned anything about the free shipping. Im sure all these things were said to just make the sell so please save yourself the headache and go to another furniture store with honest employees."

"I recently purchased a Bench Made dining table and chairs with the help of Toni, the designer. From the very beginning, it was a great experience. Toni came to my home to measure and make sure it would fit my space. I was doubtful, but she was sure it would and she was right. It is exactly what I wanted and it looks GREAT. I did have one chair that I had a problem with - a small area on the seat about the size of my fist. They immediately ordered a replacement seat, but when the tech brought it out, the stain on the new seat was a shade darker. He suggested that I let him touch up the original seat and see what I thought. It worked out perfectly. I can't say enough about everyone I dealt with at this store. From the designer to the folks that scheduled the delivery, the tech and the business office, they were so professional and so willing to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from this store again."

"My family and I truly love this location. The staff is always friendly and the store is always very warm and welcoming. We have semi adopted one of the designers there as a member of our family that's how much we love him. Tim has helped my mother furnish several rooms in our home in Charlotte so when it was time to furnish my apartment in Beachwood, Ohio we knew exactly whom to go to for help. He is incredibly patient, very knowledgeable and not pushy (he's not going to follow you around the store to try and get you to purchase anything). I'm sure all the designers at this location are wonderful but we just absolutely love Tim. Every piece of furniture we have ever purchased is well made and lasts for YEARS. Being able to customize pieces makes them truly feel like it's your furniture, not just a piece you liked enough to purchase. Although some of the furniture can be a little pricey, it is worth the investment!"
