"You never know if you will be 5 or 20 minutes in line. Always 1 cashier and they never seem to have the answer or power to handle a simple situation....always waiting on a Manger. Empower your trusted employees to make simple decisions because it will speed up the checkout process which will also make for a better customer experience. You trust them with money but not an expired coupon or an override????? Do better!"
"Its been a while since I've been in big lots and when i got through the door I was greeted by the friendliest cashier. As i shopped i got some help by a friendly associate who helped right away. To cap it all off the cashier Dawson was really happy and excited to check me out and he really made the entire experience in the store."
