"Purchased 2 chickens. Difficult to communicate with them, not responsive. Had purchased all of the travel items to keep them safe, healthy. and clean and had it all mailed to them. Suggested allowing the chickens to acclimate to the carrier before the transporter picked them up. Their answer was to stuff them into the cage and leave them there for a week. They were filthy dirty when the transporter pick them up. Hopefully they’ll stay healthy once they get here and we can clean them up. Shameful treatment of these animals. Do not recommend engaging these folks for animals. Clearly don’t know what they’re doing."
