"This is an absolute garbage company with a garbage product. I'm the original owner of a house that was built with Markraft supplied cabinets in 2021. I wanted to do a quick kitchen refresh and get new cabinet hardware. What should have been a 30 minute project turned in to an impossible task. The existing hardware has a standard 3 3/4" hole spacing. The new hardware I bought has the same 3 3/4" spacing. Imagine to my surprise that the holes drilled by Markraft installers are all over the place. They're 1/16" off here, a 1/16" off there, all of which results in the new hardware not fitting. How was the old hardware installed you may wonder? Well, much like the quality of the install, the hardware is complete trash and can be bent easily by hand. The installer bent the hardware to fit whatever haphazard holes were drilled in the wood. In addition to the random hole spacing (random despite templates being used and readily available!), some of the original hardware was secured with screws that had so much torque applied they were stripped to the point of having to be drilled out. If you're building a custom house, find a different cabinet supplier. This one is no good. If buying from one of the big builders where you don't have a say in the cabinetry, check for these things at a minimum (I'm sure there are other issues to look for that I have yet to discover) and get them corrected while the house is under warranty."
