"It took over nine weeks to complete the job and it’s not a big kitchen at all. They told me it would take six days!!!. I called once and left a voicemail. I asked a simple question and was not rude at all and she told the installer I had a “hissy fit” and did not return my call but got him to call me instead. That was incredibly unprofessional and just created tension between the Installer and I. I believe there’s only two people working there and the lady there might not be a sales person but she’s the only one I ever talked to other than five minutes to the owner. He never returned my calls. She was not very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t go out of her way to be helpful at all. No one ever called to apologize for the time it took or even to check on how the job was going during the entire nine weeks. The price was reasonable and I’m happy with my cabinets, but I would never have purchased.with this company, except for the fact that my daughter is a kitchen designer, and she was the one with the knowledge and told them what was needed and spotted their mistakes..Without her I would have never got enough information from them to put it together. The person I dealt with seemed to be more of a receptionist than a designer and maybe she was the receptionist but you need a designer to put the job together. I’m just glad it’s finally completed!"

"My dad is great at all the cabinets he installs, He is at home and constantly working to make the customer satisfied, He takes time to teach me what he does and show me how he does it. His workers are really chill and will do exactly what the plan says. 5 stars"
