"My Wife and I are having to clear her fathers house out after his passing in February. Ray looked at the home and agreed to help us with the enormous chore by removing and auctioning the items, the family didn't want.. Over the last few weeks various family members removed the items that was near and dear to there hearts. Ray Floyd was scheduled today June 25th to remove all remaining items and auction them on his website. Ray stopped by yesterday for a final look before helping us today. Ray spent 2-3 minutes walking throughout the house and told he would call me later in the afternoon. I have called him several times and have NOT been able to reach him, leaving several messages. As of 8:48 PM I have had NO return call from him. WARNING! He has no system of accountability when he removes items from your home! He agreed to sign whatever list I might want to generate, but he does nothing. Apparently after doing his 2-3 minute walk, Ray determine it wasn't worth his time. Thats OK, But at least communicat with the persons you are dropping. We interviewed 1 other company, Caring Transitions, wish we had used them."
