We bought our Queen mattress from him because of his knowledge, the quality of the product, and his prices being competitive. He went above and beyond to take care of us as a customer. We purchased our mattress on Saturday - Delivery was scheduled for Monday and he called to ask if he could deliver on Sunday… a day early!!! How great is that! I went in to the store and found this to be the most pleasant experience as far as mattress shopping I have ever had. Gerry was polite, very helpful and answered all of my questions. He did not pressure me to buy anything and was not annoyed at my questions.
