Reviews of The UPS Store
"It has been awhile since my last visit, and it wasnt pleasant Be prepared to wait and make sure it is in the CORRECT LINE!! I was redirected twice. Don't expect polite clientele, especially during a rush. That is after threading your way past vehicles parked in the fire lane. The only redeeming part of this experience was having two polite employees at the desk.in future, I will plan to visit before 3:00pm on a Monday. UPDATE: I visited this UPS Store today, 2/8/24, and had an excellent experience. Whatever changes were make since my last visit, they are working. 4 stars."
"If I could give this UPS establishment 1 Million negative stars then I would. Where is the real management or store owners at this business? From my recent experience over the weekend, I felt like there was none! The notary service here was very much an unpleasant experience and just very unhinged. The website quotes notary services to be about $5 per document. We were quoted several different prices to sign one document in store. One of them being $10, but in the end we paid $20 for one document and was provided no receipt for signing, which was very crooked and odd behavior. The older lady with curly short hair, which I am assuming is Mrs. D from other reviewers, that does notary service in this store acts very loud, obnoxious, senile, and condescending. She thinks that she is a comedian, but her “jokes” are just outright unsettling, abusive, and disgusting. Even though the UPS center is small, the whole store should not have to be in my personal transaction business. Where is the real CUSTOMER SERVICE support in this place? I am sure if she were to be served at another establishment she would not want to be treated that way. I will never return or deal with this store ever again for my serious shipping or notary needs because I want real PROFESIONALISM. If she is the one that owns or manages this store then don’t even bother asking me to call or email more about this experience because I know for sure nothing will be done about it."
"If I could give no stars I would. Wouldn't notarize my divorce papers because the two women (assuming one was a manager) claimed the paper wasn't filled out due to the section of the questions saying n/a (not applicable) for questions that required it. I didn't want to argue so I took my papers left. Please hire people who understand legal documents if you're going to have a notary."
"I would give it a zero if I could. I will start off by saying that I do not enjoy giving bad reviews, but my experience today left me with a sour taste. I received an email from UPS letting me know that my package was ready for pick up around 1:03 pm. I had bought merchandise from Scentsy and requested it to be delivered on the store due to issues with my previous order. The first lady I spoke with initially said my package was not there. That it wasn't staged on the access point pick up area. I questioned her what could be done since I have a confirmation email. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't know but it was not there. A second older lady came from the back of the store asking me who received the item. I told her that I honestly didn't know since it was not detailed on the email. A third employee then asked me to give her the tracking number. When she verified the information, she told the older lady it had been her who received the package. She excused herself by saying the package didn't have enough receiver address information, but honestly that was not needed since it was scheduled for pick up. I showed her the mailing label on the side of the box. She told me that I only had one chance to receive packages there for free since I didn't have a PO Box at that location. Mind you, the pick up option was a service offered by the store where I bought my items and not to be determined by me. The box had an extra label stating the customer could not be charge. Two labels on two different side of the box. The third employee who helped me out was really helpful and I could tell she just wanted to get everything done so I could leave with my item. Horrible service by the first two employees. Makes me think the unthinkable. My only mistake was not getting there names. Especially, the shout out to the third employee. Poor service and poor manner handling client's item. Will not be using services again. Packages are "easily" lost at this location."
