"I've had a number of chances to work with Bed Land Mattress Warehouse since starting in October 2022 all of which have been positive. First, I got a mattress that after I slept on it wasn't what I expected, and in my situation they were more than accommodating in replacing it. Every time I've purchased something we received quickly, with a very polite and professional crew, who delivered the items and put them together for us. Most recently, I thought I needed a new frame for my queen size bed but when the Bed Land crew got here they told me that I didn't need a new one, I just needed a couple of bolts to make the one I already had work. I would have been totally at their mercy and would never have known the difference, but they suggested that I keep the old one, then fixed it, and brought the new one back. I received a full refund! I highly recommend this organization as being friendly, professional, and most of all honest."
