"Wow! Lots of 1 stars! I can see why! Bad attitudes and bad customer service! Only person in line and had to wait while the three staff members finished their conversation before they helped me out. Then seemed like I was annoying him when he rang me up. Horrible to walk into a place of business and get this kind of service. If the owner of this store reads these reviews you better wake up and make some changes or no one will visit there. Great location but horrible attitudes and service. I’ll be driving to another location going forward."

"Update 8/26/23: Appears there are new extended hours to 7:00PM now, according to the sign in the window, which matches what is Google Maps. Added a recent photo for validation. Updated review: The owner updated the hours on Google maps with the accurate hours. Thanks! All small businesses deserve a chance to make adjustments. Changing back to 5 stars! I was in the store today and the staff were working very hard to get through a long line (end of day rush) and they were all very professional and courteous! Give these guys a visit (but check the hours as they do vary on Saturdays) but overall awesome folks here."

"Unprofessional. Was horrified. I really needed the US POST OFFICE. BUT IT WAS AFTER HOURS. The employees were extremely unprofessional. Before I even got started with them I could hear them speaking inappropriately about another customer. The comment I heard was "she's over there on her phone doing something crazy"... To me it sounded like the young lady was on the phone with her boss. So I got started by explaining that I had two packages to go first class and the rest were to go priority Mail. Priority Mail is to be sent in priority Mail only packaging which is provided to you by the USPS and so I asked for priority envelopes she seemed confused but she did find some. She said you know that if it's going priority you don't need the other packaging and I explained know those two are different they are going first class. Rather than rather than admit that she did not know or was confused she got rude with me, told me she would have to charge me $2.50 for each shipping label that she had to print and at which point I said forget it I'm taking my ball and going home and that if her manager wanted to do something about the two envelopes I took for my first class packages that I could wash dishes! Or they could call the cops because I had already sealed them. the other employee on duty felt it necessary to chime in with her rude comments as well. I will never be back inside that store and I hope that the owner knows that I know that he/she does not pay their employees very much and that is a travesty because it is reflected in how the customers are treated and I, who sends out various packages daily, sometimes spending big money through UPS, I will never ever be in that store again. I advise you to use a different location."
