I also work in a customer service oriented job, so I can tell when someone genuinely cares and goes above and beyond! The other young man working there was nice as well from what I witnessed waiting in line."

"This is my closest UPS store, however I will never be going back based off my very uncomfortable encounter today. I was wanting to return some Amazon packages and I was “helped” by one of their employees who was a woman with curly hair shoulder length hair (did not her name) . I mistakenly didn’t tape my box for the return and when I said “ I thought it didn’t need a box” she snarkily replied “it does if you would take the time to read the instructions fully”. She then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be an extra dollar to tape the box. After this encounter I felt really uncomfortable that I asked for that package back because I would like to return it another day, to which she huffed very loudly and rolled her eyes. I am not sure why she decided that I needed to be treated that way, but I won’t be coming back to this location. The UPS store on Avent Ferry Road is always amazing and treats me with kindness and respect! Go there instead :)"
