"Friendly window server but who ever made my food at 10:30 on 1/31/24 did a terrible job. You really shouldn’t be in a restaurant when how it tasted. I also was missing items from my order. I work in a restaurant so I understand, but that was horrible. I really hope they tear this place down and put something actually useful up because every time I go it’s horrible."

"1/20/24 evening. Experience could have been better. The food was good, but the guy working drive thru had a really hard time understanding us. We had to shout our order (and repeat parts of it multiple times) and heard others behind us shouting theirs. And unfortunately realized part of our had been forgotten after driving away."

"Worst experience ever. The employee was disrespectful and rude, and the manager was more interested in moving along than addressing the issue. I've been going there for at least 15 years, through the often unbelievably LONG waits at the drive through (literally over 30 minutes once, trapped and unable to get out) and sometimes questionable food, but this was really bad and unprovoked. Sometimes things happen, and dealing with it responsibly and with respect goes a long way. We have no plans to return."

"Man, this place was just disappointing. Nevermind the lack of any customer service, the food was just gross. I know I know, its fast food but this was just down right not good. I wish I had grabbed more pictures, but only got one of the potatoes. Yes that is what was given. Rest of food wasn't even edible. And the people working? What a joke. Rude. Just arrogant for no reason. And on top of ALL that, the resturant was filthy."
