"I have never had a bad experience coming to this Durham location. The people I’ve worked with are chill, funny, kind and especially hard working! Even when it’s a line out the door it doesn’t take long because the people behind the counter are efficient and do an excellent job. I’m so grateful for a local UPS who has a wonderful staff that make a tedious chore quick, easy and pleasant. It’s a gift when people are kind and hard working and this UPS store team is!! The worst part of probably has nothing to do with UPS, rather the owner of the property. The parking lot is an atrocity, moon crater potholes and blind spots galore."

"I have attempted to drop off several Amazon returns on different occasions which indicates UPS will label and package. However, Carolyn refuses to honor this process and always insists I package. Please explain the process to her. When the gentlemen are handling, they do so without question. This location has gone down throughout the years most in part to Carolyn's impatience and unfriendliness."
