"The owner/manager (grey buzz cut) is extremely obnoxious. I will drive out of my way to a different ups store rather than deal with"
"Customer service rep Mike really knows how to treat patrons! He smiles, greets you, asks about your day. It’s so refreshing in a busy world. I appreciate his attitude and his service!"
"They have issues reading thumb drives to print. Would not try it on another computer and it works fine on several computers at home. Wasted trip and time visiting this store. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of better experiences previously. Make sure you email yourself a copy if you visit this store."
"Super efficient very quick and knowledgeable. Went to another place before going here and it was a world of difference. I didn’t know what box size would work well for golf clubs or records and they were super helpful. Faxing, copying and printing all done for me at the same time. Highly recommend."
"After doing the research I’m very unhappy that the guy at the desk made me buy a thin packing bag for my perfectly fine bag that had returns in it. When I question this because I have never had to do it at the many other locations with the same type of returns he said that it was because it wasn’t in the original package I stated that it was in the original and I had done this before he went on to tell me it’s because it does not have to rerun address on the package. At this point I pay because I am ready to leave but that was the whole point of the QR code. The QR code provides the label that goes on the package, which he scanned! Seems rather ridiculous to make me pay for something I don’t need!"
