"Can't say enough positive about your manager, Andre. Truly above and beyond. I would hope I could model my students after him, or recruit my own team members to be just like him...frankly I aspire to have his positive customer service, above and beyond attitude. Very grateful to him for stepping in, effectively problem solving and helping me. In my experience this combination of attitude, skills, and empathy are rare! I told him I'd nominate him to be CEO of your company --and I'm serious. This type of "customer obsession" ideally starts at the top!"

"If I could, I'd rather give a zero star...I sent out a package at the store and it went missing. I cooperated with the store and tried to file a claim but never heard back from the claim/UPS for months. Worst experience ever. Willing to give an updated review once this issue is resolved. Other than this, when I previously visited this store, the service had been decent. Update: Finally having the claim processed and approved by the UPS after around 6 weeks of waiting."

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - store on Erwin Rd. - I had an unsettling experience at UPS today. I took my package into the store along with a printed receipt on top of the item to be returned in the Nike shoe box but I was told that I needed the cardboard box that the box with the shoes came in as well. I was also told that I could buy a box from the store for $10.00. Since this had never happened to me before I asked Claudia if she could explain her reasoning for this and she could not in any way that made any sense. to me. I could understand had she explained that store policy had changed because no one has ever asked me to pay for a box before. I was also informed by her that had she needed to print the receipt it would have cost $3.00 although I brought a printed receipt with me. I returned home to get the outer cardboard box that arrived in poor condition when I received it which is why I didn’t bring it in the first place. I usually come to this UPS store and have never experienced anything like this. before. Not getting a reasonable explanation made me feel as though this was a total waste of my time, energy, and gas. Claudia is not a customer service-oriented individual and came across as being nonchalant and somewhat arrogant in a subtle way. She has no idea how to explain her actions and in my opinion should not work in a place that requires customer service. Maybe training, along with time and maturity will help her learn to address issues with customers in a more understanding and helpful way. All of my experiences in the past with this store have been great until today."

"Just dropped off an Amazon return with Andre! He was so helpful and patient. I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. He waited while I found my QR code on my phone and printed my receipt and explained all the details on it. I’m from out of town and just googled the nearest ups store to complete a return and I’m happy my search brought me in to see Andre!"
