"I've had a box for several years now, and this is hands down the best place to get things done. The customer service is amazing, I'm always greeted even when they're super busy. Sometimes, I don't even have to tell them my box number. I also use this location to shred documents and send packages and have never run into any problems. I will most definitely continue to use this location."

"A friendly greeting with a smile would have been nice. Quick get in and check out. GPS did send me to a different road that you could not get to the store from. The location itself ended up being on the opposite side of the woods from where the GPS took me."

"Please do not be fooled by all these recent good reviews. This UPS has some of the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I truly believe they are racist and only treat customers of a certain skin tone well. I witnessed it for myself. For the white customers, they will go above and beyond and then ask them to leave good reviews and mentioned their name. When it comes to a customer of color, they barely acknowledge them. Not even a simple “hello”. I will never visit this UPS location again."

"I will start by saying the store is extremely clean and very organized. Without help you can easily navigate throughout the store. The lady working the counter was an absolute delight to deal with. Very friendly very inviting kind of got that home feeling, which is weird considering I was only in there maybe 60 seconds. Whatever management is doing it's working."
