"Returning a package from Amazon who we all know gives UPS a lot of business. But when I bring my package in the lady at the counter doesn’t even fully look at the package before saying does it have the scan information on it, nor does she see if the package can close and be tapped. She automatically states she can’t tape the box and clearly it can. I step to the side before attempting to buy some tape and allowed another customer in front of me. As I waited to be next again the gentleman at this time advise IF the box is not broken up and can be taped they can assist. In which he did tape it with no problem!!!!! I don’t understand how the lady can assume something she didn’t even try to do. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!"
