"I visited this store with my daughter for the 1st time. And the Indian guy there I'm assuming was the manager was very rude. I don't know this man from a hole in the wall there was no reason for him to act this way. Especially without being provoked. He gave me a very passive aggressive and condescending attitude. I work in customer service and this is not how you treat customers. Honestly disgusted."

"I should have read the reviews before coming to this store, Guess , the previous reviews were correct. They may have a problem with minorities. This place lacks customer service. They are rude and they have an attitude, especially the managers. They don't deserve even 1 star and I have no clue why this store is open for business. I will make sure that everyone I know doesn't do business with this store."

"I have been doing business with this company for 4 years. Jacklyn is nasty, rude and always has a chip on her shoulder. My daughter has packages mailed there and was unable to retrieve them as her name has not been added to the box. I advised Jacklyn, the manager, that I am out of state and unable to add my daughters' name to the mailbox today. I kindly asked her if she can hold her packages there for 24 yrs to allow time for us to add her name to the box as I was out of town and would not be there in time before they close at 3pm today. Jacklyn, "the manager" said, "No, I'm not allowed to hold mail here!! I have to return to sender!!" I believe she and most of the white women that work there are racists (except Rachel). Every time I come in there, there's always an issue, only with her, Jacklyn. If I were you (and a person of color), I would choose to go to a different UPS store, USPS, FedEx, etc. anywhere but there. That's why you don't see many (any) people of color working there, only the ones that look like Jacklyn, the manager of the store. I will take my business elsewhere, (which I'm sure will make her day) and advise everyone else that I know (especially those who look like me) to do all of your printing, copying, shipping etc. business elsewhere!!!"

"It's being run by a bunch of rude people especially the manager Hari. Very rude guy and treats customers like they are getting stuff packed for free.he made me wait 15 minutes knowing that his register was free. He got very offensive and arrogant with me when I told him that I called a few times and no one picked up. He also showed me the same attitude when I just asked for a receipt as if I am.asking him to hand me money or something.. the people here have some serious bias and behavior issues. I also called many times but no one picks up the phone. Next time, I won't renew my mailbox here. I give them about $350 a year just to be treated like this. Will never return to this place. The staff is bias against and miserable with minorities. Go to the postal Route, they have way better rates and they treat customers like customers. Update: 12/27/2023. 5 days After I posted this review. After I had already renewed my mailbox and left this review, they sent me an E mail saying that my mailbox was closed for violating agreement. I called to know why the mailbox was closed, they told me because I had left this review, which they didn't like. They retaliated and closed my account because of this review. This confirms that these people dont care about their customers, they retaliate against someone who leaves them a review instead of apologizing and fixing the problem. They are definitely RUDE, RACIST, and Hateful. Who does that. You may see a bunch of positive reviews in the future. I will be skeptical of these reviews and read the previous negative reviews carefully especially if you are a minority."

"I go here only out of convenience for Amazon returns. It's never a positive experience. And they charge $3 per page to print in the store. Absurd! Save yourself the trouble and give your shipping (and Amazon's) business to The Postal Route. It's worth the 5 minute drive not to be treated poorly by the UPS Store employees."
