Had more shipping needs today and Steven Atwell waited on me. The store was busy but I had my needs met in quick order and courteous friendly and professional manner. Thanks UPS and Steven Atwell. "I was returning an item to amazon. I printed the label at home but it printed on both sides. I didn’t realize that part of it had to go into the box with the item. I was in and out of your shop in less than Five minutes and there were four people in front of me. I got to the counter. Your sales rep was very nice, very professional, very efficient. He looked at my item said they could package it for me. He told me how much it would be and told he would make the copy for me, and he would take care of it all.i paid and left. It was wonderful! I’m sorry I did not get his name but his employee number is147325. Thank you so much for having such great employees!"

"I received the very best customer service I have received in a long time. The store was slammed and just as I was about to leave a very nice young lady asked if she could help me. In addition, staff came all out into the store assisting customers like I’ve never seen at any other UPS store I’ve visited. Not only did the lady helping me show kindness but she was super patient as I didn’t know what I was doing. This is my new UPS store that I will frequent from now on."

"Every time I have to return or send packages to UPS, I drive not to local store location, but instead, I drive to the location in Afton Ridge Shopping center. My experience at this particular UPS store is reliably efficient and always a pleasant. This past time, Grace, assisted me and was kind enough to give me tools to make my transaction much easier. I have to say, I have never had a bad service experience here. All of the employees are excellent and extremely professional."

"This place is the BEST, absolutely the best, UPS location I've ever been too. Fast, fast, fast. Super polite, friendly, and professional. I've been here probably a dozen times over the past several years and they've consistently offered the same outstanding service. Got a package that just needs dropped off? Even if there's a line, just hold the package up when someone looks your way and say "drop off?" They'll tell u where to put it (if you don't need a receipt) and you'll be on your way within seconds. If u need a receipt, you'll likely have to stay in line. But, unlike other package places, even when this place has 5-6 people in line, you'll likely spend less than 5min here as they are super speedy. Thanks to everyone who works here for everything yall do to help make our days easier and save us time. Congrats to everyone on making this one of the top 5 package places in the state!"
