"Really great customer service experience. Needed some items printed for DMV—employee printed them quickly and also printed an extra insurance proof for my car since it didn’t change the price. Also saw him be very patient with another customer who was ESL and didn’t understand the need to email the print orders. Definitely recommend for printing needs."
"LACKS customer service when manager/owner is not present. Employees do not fully understand English & their English is not understandable. And for letting them know I do not understand, I was asked to leave or be charged with trespassing! What a joke! Been coming her for years, but recently this service is just not acceptable. Again, this happens when the owner/manager is not present!"
"I do most of my shopping online so I have done so many returns with this store. I must say that I am so impressed at how nice, polite and patient the representatives are. Most other stores would give you that face of "oh this person again with return" if you often go to them but the associates here are not like that. They always say Have a nice day or something similar like they aren't tired of you. I mean I feel comfortable going there is all I want to say."
"Dally is, BY FAR, the single best UPS rep I’ve ever met. I would go out of my way to have her do my shipping. Seriously. I’ve NEVER seen someone that professional, efficient, and just plain good at her job. With visits to USPS feeling more akin to a visit to the DMV these days, this was a breath of fresh air."
