"I just made a few returns from Amazon to the ups store. 5 to be exact. Upon entering the store there was nobody as far as customers go inside and both employees were sitting down on their phones which is not my issue as there was nobody in there yet. My issue is when I brought my returns I was on my Amazon app trying to show each return code. Neel came up and told me I needed to screenshot the codes prior to coming in for returns. When I tried to explain when I screenshot the codes you can’t see what item is for each code. Instead of letting me finish, he proceeds to tell me I should know what I am buying and returning in a very snarky manner. Of course I know what I buy, like he has never had to make a return himself. He then proceeds to tell me below the code it will tell me what the item is, and so I stepped away and screenshot each code. I don’t make returns often so I never knew with returning items with the code below had the description. Customer service is everything, I do it everyday for my profession. Maybe he was having a bad day, or maybe he’s just a rude person. Either way his attitude was definitely not needed and totally unprofessional. He could’ve just shown me the correct way, or the way he wanted me to do it. I was calm cool and collected at first, after his snarky remark, I did say back to him when he asked what the item was and did it match the code “I should know what I’m returning and buying, right?”. If you don’t like you job, get a new one. It’s that simple."

"I use this store frequently for copies, printing service, etc. But today I needed a 184 page logbook printed and binded with a cover for a very important event. Neil got the file from me, and they had it done for me within a couple hours. I was expecting this to take them multiple days, so I was absolutely blown away with not only how quickly they completed it, but how good it looks. It was also much cheaper than I predicted. The employees at this store are friendly, efficient, and clearly know what they're doing. They constantly exceed my expectations. I love this place."
