"Don’t waste your time and if he is the listing agent on a home your interested on buys AVOID THAT HOUSE! Our realtor placed our offer he didn’t even give it to the homeowner for 2 days. We almost pulled our offer. We ended up pulling another offer because of poor communication and failure to give any information 48 hours after placing another offer. He is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever seen. I will avoid all of his listings from here on our. What a shame that he obviously is so well off he doesn’t need to work for his clients. Realtors are a dime a dozen so I beg you to find one who is knowledgeable and who will work hard for you. Dennis is not that person!"
