"Extremely disappointed! Recorded our contact number incorrectly from original paperwork and did not receive confirmation email from "specialist" when taxes completed. Now we are responsible for late fees and interest. The office had my correct email which was our main source of communication because I needed to send additional paperwork but did not reach out after completion. We did not feel taken care of and just like another file not worth double checking. Never got any reason for non communication or any assist in process."

"Do not reccommend this place. Went for our initial tax appt on March 25th & emailed additional information required that same day to Sharon as requested. She let us know they will reach out if any additional information was required. We thought everything was fine until she reached out on 4/18 (Deadline day) by email after 7pm asking for us to come by before they close at 8pm. Of course we did not get this message on time. She deferred blame to an assistant who had emailed us (no email found even in spam) and also stated they called us 3x to get ahold of us. Sharon realized the assistant documented our contact information down incorrectly on on paperwork even if the correct number was accurate in the computer, so they were calling a different, out-of-service number. Now, they are saying we are responsible for the late fees for late filing which is completely inappropriate due to their negligence. To top it off, we owe $2800+ and the interest on that amount for late filing from the IRS. We have never owed that much!! If you want somebody to handle your case with accuracy and care, I would not reccommend this location. We will not be back"

"I have been using H&R Block for around 10 years and I have never had an issue. I have noticed that the prices for getting my taxes done keep going up by quit a bit. I will be checking into how much they should be costing me if I went elsewhere or if I did them myself. My taxes are pretty simple so I might need to be looking into a turbo tax situation. I bought a new house last year and I was told I could not write any of it off which sounds odd to me since I have always heard there is always a tax break for new home owners. Well that was not the case for me and feel like I missed out on some return. The lady that did my taxes did not seem very confident in her preparation of my taxes due to the new home."
