"The hours listed on google and on the UPS door read open until 4pm. 4 or so customers understood this to be the hours of operation and arrived just before and at 3pm on a Saturday. UPS should - Please respect / consider customer's time & gas when communicating or changing hours."

"Ordered a next day air package and had it delivered to this store. My packages were split and half did not get delivered next day. Employees here were nice but they did tell me my packages were dropped off at an access point. So after driving to the access point it turned out that the packages won't be delivered for the next 3 days. Called UPS support and all they said was that I had to wait 3 days to get the package even though I paid quite a bit extra for next day delivery. None of this situation makes any sense to me and likely the last time I use this company."
