"The lady who answered the phone (Jan) was very much rude and totally unprofessional to talk with. When I asked a question concerning the sale of my father’s house, she got the worse attitude and was VERY unprofessional. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if she hates her job but out all the people that I’ve dealt with at the firm she definitely gave them a bad look."

"Reviews say it all. I had 3 conversations with Robert. He promised I would receive what we discussed on multiple occasions. Those days passed. No response from him for over 3 months. I began calling his office and leaving messages with some of the secretaries there. I did that multiple times. Then I started calling and my call would go straight to voicemail. Multiple times now I have left a message and I cannot get a callback and it has been months since we reached out to him to hire him. I’ve sent him a dismissal notice and moved to a more reputable attorney."

"They were handling the closing on my property I was selling. Closing date was suppose to be Thursday July 28, 2022. Late afternoon was called and told attorney was researching title that day but couldn’t handle closing due to unforeseen other business until Monday. No correspondence on Monday still did not close. Called today was told they would be recording the deed within the hour. I asked for Kristin to connect me to Mr. Kenan but was told he was too busy. I asked for her to have him call me tomorrow then. I was told she would give him the message but that’s all she could do. I asked for her last name but she refused to give it to me. She was very sweet when we spoke originally but I feel someone isn’t doing their job. If they are overwhelmed and do not have the staff to do the job then they shouldn’t accept the job or at least explain ahead of time there may be a delay. As a Realtor for 25 years I have never had this happen. Unfortunate to say the least."

"Mr. Kenan copy and pasted the original landowners deed to my new deed when I purchased my farm, neglecting that a new land survey was completed and not all of the property I purchased showed up in my name. I called and went by his office over a dozen times over multiple months and was always told they were aware of the mistake and that they would work on it Friday. Since I was getting nothing but lies from them, I contacted my mortgage company. They would not return his phone calls until he posted a bad review. After the bad review they did call him back and told him the same lie they told me. My deed has never been corrected."
