I offered to take my package to another UPS store, and he said I could. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. The Shalotte UPS store is way more customer focused."

"Like the store, location is perfect, however Mack (I believe that's his name) is very rude when you have an Amazon return or show up at 8 am. Recently he was very rude to my wife, he didn't know I was outside waiting, when I comforted him on why he was so rude to her about a return he apologized, even the customer in line behind my wife made a comment on his rudeness. He has been rude to us our last 3 visits...I would love to discuss with the owner. Sir, please stop with the huffing and puffing, also you need to watch your tone."

"Great experience at this store- Unfortunately Amazon never informed me that the 4 very heavy chairs I ordered and needed to return would only be given one shipping label- therefore making it necessary for all of them to be packed into one large box. My husband who drove there separately had brought the chairs in for me but had already left when I found this out so at that point my only option was to put them back in my car and find a large box they would all fit in. The owner happened to show up at this time and together with the very nice employee working there they used their largest box with a bit of creative packing and managed to fit all of the chairs. They could have easily sent me on my way as it really wasn’t their problem but they went above & beyond to find a solution to help me out. Customer service at its very best! I will definitely be returning to this location and recommend it to my friends & neighbors."
