"The salesman at this office promised us after looking at what we print that they would be able to cover us under the service contract. However about a month afterwards the service manager called and stated that they could no longer keep the contract. Also be sure to read ALL of the fine print before you sign anything because the sales rep will not explain any of it to you and you'll be left with an unwanted surprise. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of a copier. I wish someone would have warned us before hand."
