"I absolutely LOVE this place!! I’ve dropped off many packages here and have never had any problems. I receive my mail here as well, I love how convenient it is for me! The new owner andrew is a professional, kind young man and he always takes care of me. One time one of my packages was lost and even though we weren’t able to reclaim it he did absolutely everything he could on his end to help out which I really appreciated. I took up a lot of his time but he was patient, thorough and tried his very best. Sometimes things get lost but you won’t find a caring and genuine family owned business like this everywhere. I’m so relieved that the new owner is just as awesome as the previous ones! I always leave with a smile on my face, one of my favorite places to go when I’m running errands. I also like the cool things they sell in there, I tend to get lost with the yummy smells, candles and crystals! I got one of the most hilarious cards for my cousin here once, she still brings up that card I got her every once in a while!"
"This business will lose your packages and will provide no proof that you ever dropped it off. And then when you try to file a claim through the mail provider, it’s not gonna go through because you don’t have proof it was ever dropped off. The owner will proceed to offer you no help and say it’s not his fault or problem."

"Delightful place. Relaxing. We came to check it out after moving in and were happy to see a post office so close. We had an issue with a tracking number not coming through on email and were concerned with pricing, but they were happy to rectify, and explained why the price was higher. We wish we could pay the difference because it's such a convenient location and relaxing, small town, small business feel. We will likely use their service on occasion, but unfortunately we can't use it for business packages like we hoped. We did buy the aroma diffuser light, which smells lovely and creates such a nice atmosphere."
