"If I could leave zero stars, I would. We are having an issue with a brand new mattress, purchased recently from Mattress Firm in Waxhaw on Rea Road. The mattress is clearly defective, and Mattress Firm has shown zero willingness to be helpful or accountable. The level of customer service has been terrible. Working with “Eric” in the store, and he has not been effective or helpful. I would strongly recommend to anyone in the Waxhaw or Charlotte area that you avoid Mattress firm, and this store. There are better options. Spend your money elsewhere. Trust me. You will be lied to, and given a complete runaround. Shame on you Mattress Firm Waxhaw."
