"We have found a perfect family mountain retreat which feels like a cabin that has been in the family for generations. We have stayed twice and found the home to be exceptionally clean and well stocked. The balance between quiet solitude and proximity to town and mountain activities is just right. Thank you to the hosts for creating such a warm and peaceful place."

"We recently stayed at the Hemlock Hill Cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here! There were two families, with 4 children under the age of 5, and this place was truly the perfect place for the kids (and adults) to relax and have fun! Between the different levels, the mossy yard, fire pit, tables, toys, and even children's plates/silverware, we really didn't have anything to worry about entertaining ourselves and the kids. The location was ideal. Secluded enough for peace and quiet, and close enough to anything and everything you could want to do in the mountains of North Carolina. It doesn't matter the season, this is a great spot to call home while visiting this beautiful area. We talked about coming back with and without kids, as this place was a perfect for both groups. A big thank you to our hosts, who were responsive, respectful, thoughtful, and kind throughout the entire process from booking, arriving, and after the trip ended. Do yourself a favor and book yourself a vacation at the Hemlock Hill Cabin, you won't regret it one bit."
