"Lots of great reviews encouraged me to try them but unfortunately my experience was nothing like the reviews. Brought them a Bimini top and boot to quote a repair or a remake. Well, the first red flag was that she wasn’t interested at all in a remake... just a repair. I took her recommendation and left it with them for a repair. Was supposed to replace a few zippers and patch three places on the Bimini top, replace the zipper and repipe the boot. This was a Tuesday morning and I asked price and timing. I was told 3 hours @ $50/hr and would be ready the next week. I was fine with that price and timeline. I try to be a patient and understanding person so it was week 3 before I called and asked about my Bimini top and boot. I was then informed that she forgot to order the zippers and hadn’t even started on it. This was again on a Tuesday and she said I she would get in touch with me later that week to pick it up. Well it was late Friday afternoon before she ever called and I was finally able to pick it up on Saturday morning. When I arrived, a huge cloud of cigarette smoke and empty beer cans is what we had to wade through to come inside. The entire time we were there, all they did was complain about customers calling and wanting their work done and complaining about timing. The zippers do not match, only two of the three patches were repaired, the boot’s piping was not replaced, and they charged me a $6 fee for using a card. The quality of the repair was not good and I will not be returning or encouraging anyone else to do business with them. These are the facts and you can make your own opinions on whether you would like to take your business to them or not. Not professional at all."

"I had more fun than I thought I would. I took 2 teenage girls with me that never been to a haunted house & never watch scary movies. 1 was scared & crying to go in & the other was scared then cracking jokes. By the end of the maze both girls were laughing & so glad they went. We were able to record & get pictures with the character's. Them being scared made it more fun for me as I was basically pulling them through the event. I actually got scared a good 2 times & almost lost my Balance. Going with newbies is the best!"
