"This office doesn't answer the phone. The carrier delivering packages has left other people's packages at our house multiple times and come back to get it, and now my package is saying delivered but it never came."

"This is the third time in a he last 2 weeks that my packages have not been delivered saying that my front door or driveway was not accessible. This is a lie. Each time I have been home all day and there was nothing blocking anything. They never came to my house. I’ve lived in this house for almost 20 years and never had an issue until recently. They are just being lazy and not even attempting to deliver my package."

"Well I just came back from getting my mail. And for the second time they have taken a metal plaque and folded it into instead of delivering it to my door. It's the second one they ruined and the first one was to be a Christmas present I didn't go to their boss because I was able to at least bend it out and made it presentable for the gift. But this is the second time that they folded it in half again and stuffed it in the mailbox. I will be going to their boss in the morning. This is almost $50 worth of of metal that they have basically ruined. And if they don't want to deliver anything to my door they just keep stuffing the stuff in there to where you can't even open the mailbox. Enough is enough"
