"Although I am not a resident, I definitely felt like one. My family and I were involved in a hit and run in front of the complex’s main entrance. Josh and the front office staff were very welcoming to us. Not just that day, also the following days as we had to retrieve our vehicle and then request a copy of surveillance video. Each visit we were welcomed with open arms. Josh kindly emailed a clip of the video to me in a very timely manner even though I’m sure he has more important things to take care of. If we’re ever in the market for an apartment, I’m certain this will be our first stop solely based on our experience with the office staff and not even being a resident. Thanks again, Keith Wallace"

"If you don’t mind RATS, trash not being picked up, Shootings, Drug deals, things not being fixed, loud neighbors, no security, courtesy officers that the off site phone service won’t dispatch, long waits to get a garage (while folks that don’t live on the property get them), gym equipment that hasn’t been repaired in over 6 months, a vacuum that hasn’t worked in well over a year (in the car wash area), people crashing the gate leaving them inoperable for long periods of time, as well as total mismanagement then this is definitely the place for you. But if you DONT want to live in the ghetto while paying premium prices then I highly suggest that you steer clear of Morgan Ridge and find a place where you get what you are promised and pay for!!!"

"I adore the apartment location and the space we have inside. It’s quiet and this place has a lot of amenities. But my apartment has roaches and other unknown critters that makes this move very uncomfortable. I have also been here a week and no one has came to get the trash that we are told to leave on the porch. So this forces me to take the garbage myself but I am getting charge for it. If I had to do this over more than likely I would have just chosen to stay in the hood."
