"I will never in my life ship with a UPS store ever again. They completely discarded my package because it was “damaged”. WHO DOES THAT."

"Employee has poor Customer Service skills, acts like she doesn't appreciate her employment. Kept trying to sell me a box for my Amazon return when I was instructed to return as I had received it (box was wrapped in clear shrink wrap with label affixed) with shipping labels removed. I told her I didn't understand why I was being asked to buy a box and showed her my return instructions. She insisted that I needed a box and then I asked her to read the instructions herself. She read the instructions and then said, " you want me to ship without a box?" , then handed me label and sarcastically told me to have a great day and walked away. I've done many returns at other UPS stores and it's been hassle free and even pleasant. This location, due to a single employee, was... you fill in the expletives I'll drive to another location, farther away if I ever have to do business with UPS again. BTW, where was the manager to step in and render proper Customer Service and carry out a little training. Still disgusted with that 5 minute exchange"

"Like others, we are happy to not have to drive across town anymore to Westwood! But the customer service - WHEW! I've done a few returns and other purchases here. On my latest return, never arrived to Amazon, charging me $80+. I called today and requested (multiple times) to speak to a supervisor regarding employees and the process. But the girl on the phone refused and insisted she help me. I asked if they have a record, since we give our number..? Which isn't the case when it's only Amazon returns. I'm quite sure she was the one who assisted me that day, but either way, HOLD ON TO YOUR RECEIPTS!!!"

"I visit the UPS store several times a day due to my business needs. Each time I walk in the door I can count on SHANNA to greet me with a smile and treat me as if I were the only customer she has. All the employees are wonderful and I am happy to have a UPS in Hope Mills. Thank you all. Judy"
