"I recently had a hair appointment with stylist Crystal, and I must say she did an amazing job. Crystal was not only professional and friendly, but also very down to earth, keeping me entertained with smiles and laughter throughout the session. Her efficiency in styling was impressive, contributing to a wonderful overall experience. However, I encountered an issue related to the pricing of hair bundles. Before my appointment, I called the weave shop to inquire about prices and was directed to their website, specifically the 7Tresses section, for this information. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy between the online prices and what I was charged at the shop. For instance, a 20-inch straight hair bundle was listed at $85 online, but I was charged $105 in-store. In total, the price for all 3 of my bundles resulted in an additional $50 expense for me, which is a significant difference. I believe it's important for customers to be aware of such pricing discrepancies between the website and the store. Had I known, I would have budgeted differently for my total hair expense. This unexpected cost also unfortunately affected the amount I was able to tip my stylist, as the extra money I spent on the bundles came out of what I had intended for her tip. My only complaint is this inconsistency in pricing, and I hope it can be addressed for future customers. Despite this, I had a great experience with my stylist, Crystal."

"Used to go here years ago and they always did a great job. However, I went again recently and very disappointed in my frontal install as it doesn’t look natural and after spending almost $300 I would have hoped to have gotten a better outcome. You make the lace/wig cap look like the persons skin tone before installing. I’m so anxious at this point I’m contemplating taking it out after less than two weeks. Update: took it out but the cap was glued to my baby hair around my ears and of course it tore this part of my hair out"
