"I made an appointment with Betinna for 11/08 but I had to cancel due to a work emergency, a meeting got switched to my appointment time. I cancelled 3 days before my appointment. I was able to reschedule with her daughter Ariel for 11/09. I went in for my retwist appointment with Ariel and was met with locked doors and no one there. I called several times and left a messages. I go on the Vagaro site to see if there are instructions for entering and saw my appointment was deleted. I didn't get a call, notification, or anything telling me that my appointment got deleted. I had to take time off from work to make this appointment happen and was met with a locked door and no communication. Everybody's time is valuable and should be respected."
