"Jennifer is quite simply the best! She is intuitive, knowledgeable and highly skilled! Couple that with her amazing personality, and I feel like she is the foremost stylist in the area!!"
"Took my kiddo for his first curly haircut here and it was a fantastic experience. Jennifer made sure she saved a lock for me and made my little man feel so comfortable. My aunt know see her for cuts as well!"
"Jennifer is the only person in Charlotte who I trust with my curls. She does an amazing job and I always walk out the door knowing that my haircut will not only look good, it will save me valuable time and effort over the next few months. The Ouidad system works, and it's worth every penny!"
"Brenda did a Ouidad style cut on my hair a couple of times. To shed some light on my Ouidad experiences, I have been to the flagship salon in New York and I have been to other Ouidad stylists over a period of more than 15 years. Brenda was one of three "so-called" Ouidad stylists whom I have had terrible hair cuts from. It's been months since I saw Brenda for a hair cut and my hair is still recovering from the poor (or entirely lacking) technique. I think I know more about Ouidad hair cuts than Brenda does and that shouldn't be the case, because I am not a stylist. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this salon! While I was there, I saw another woman refusing to pay for service because she was dissatisfied. I wish I would have taken a page from her book. I'm more than $200 dollars down the drain for two bad hair cuts. Initially, I thought maybe the crooked and lacking Ouidad haircut was because she was new to my hair, but that wasn't the case at all. Brenda cut out more from my hair than the should have and did another Ouidad hair cut too soon, which shouldn't be my responsibility to determine. I think based on other reviews, they're clearly not in the business of hair; they're in the business of ripping people off under the guise of being a salon."
"Jennifer has cut my hair about 8 times now and I've always been happy. When I first went to her I hadn't had my hair cut in about 20 years, literally! I have naturally curly hair and got a bad haircut as teen that left me looking like a poodle, and after that I'd simple ask a family member to trim the ends once in a while for fear of getting another bad haircut. The Quidad cut is pricey for my budget, but it's unlike another other haircut and totally worth it. I would never get any other haircut now, even if it means if I have to wait longer between getting it cut. If you've got curly hair give it a try!"
