"I used to get Brazilians using hot wax (big NO NO lol). I transitioned to sugaring over a year ago, and it has made such a positive difference. Waxing is never gonna *feel good* however what matters is the long-term result. Sugaring for one, will never burn you. Your hair will grow in slower, thinner, and more soft. My top two fav specialists here are TaRae (that's my girl!) and Kami. They both are efficient, quick, and gentle. If you are ever uncomfortable, communicate that to your sugarist, they will listen to you and make it as easy as possible! They put some sort of finishing cream on once the service is completed, and it really helps with the recovery. Don't forget to ask for that!"

"This rating is based off today's encounter with the 'new girl' working the phones (which she shouldn't be allowed to do, yet. I've been going here for about a year, and my experience has been pretty good, but today ruined it for me and I will NEVER go back. I made a call to schedule 2 services (manzillian and underarm waxing). My usual, Tara was not available so, the 'new girl' asked when I'm available...I stated any time after noon...she replied 'yeah' no less than 5 times in our short conversation, and asked if I can do 2pm. I said yes, she then stated we need to do 1:45pm...I said that was fine. I had my EA reschedule my afternoon appointments and then the 'new girl' called back approximately 5 minutes later and stated we can't do 1:45 but if I can do 1pm...I reluctantly accepted and asked if she was new because I have never had this scheduling difficulty, she stated 'yeah'. I had my EA then shift my afternoon meetings once again and then 20 minutes later, Ella (very professional) called and left a voicemail and text message (as I was on a call) stating they can't do 1pm because the sugarist, Cami, does not do manzillians so, if I could come to an alternate (further from my home) location at 5pm. I left a text stating that I could not and would be writing this review...HORRIBLE customer service today."

"Did my first ever brazilian sugaring with Tarae and I loved it. She was extremely professional and kind. Tarae was very informative of the service being provided and made me the most comfortable. Just made an appointment to go back to her!!"

"The sugarists and receptionist are all very nice and they did a good job on removing all of the hair, however, they do not use disposable sheets. You lay directly on the bed. They also slap & roll the sugar ball on the sides of the bed (could be any side or angle of the bed) but you never know if that angle or side of the bed was *thoroughly* cleaned and sanitized. There isn’t strong confidence that you won’t leave with a serious infection from picking up something that another person before you left (some bacteria and viruses can live on surfaces for weeks). Of course, you can ask to have them clean the bed in front of you before they start but it’s poor customer service business management to have to ask in the first place. Even if you do ask, you can’t know for sure if they spray all of the angles (unless you hover over them- which would be uncomfortable for both parties). You essentially are going in “blind” and are *trusting* that the technicians do their due diligence in properly cleaning. I would suggest that management put in disposable sheets and to train employees to roll the sugar ball on a disposable surface, like between their gloved hands or a sanitary disposable dish. Most people come in regularly, which increases the risk even more. The high risk is completely unnecessary, considering the high profit margins that a business like this has and can afford to add simple sanitation/sanitary materials. Educate yourselves and research the risks of going to businesses that do not use proper sanitation procedures, especially for services such as these. Buyer beware - it’s YOU that will have to deal with any negative consequences (potentially life-long)."
