"UPS should be aware of this location! They make the company look extremely bad! I walked in to make an Amazon return. As I walked in, there were 2 men being helped. One man seemed to be having trouble getting some information up for his return, so the employee said she was going to help me. I felt bad because the man seemed flustered as he was trying to pull up the information he needed. I walked to the counter, said hello (nothing was said back to me), and was in the process of getting the QR Code ready to be scanned. The store has bad service so this woman told me to stand by the door cause there was better service. In that moment I thought “wow she was kind of aggressive” I ignored it got the code and walked back to the counter. Another man had handed over something to this woman and said thank you. She said nothing back. I thought “wow, she’s actually rude” the man and I locked eyes in disbelief. Once I gave her my QR Code, she printed the label and handed me a receipt. As any normal, RESPECTFUL person would do, I said thank you. She said nothing. In that moment I was livid and let her know, when someone says thank you, you say you’re welcome and that she was very rude. She still had nothing to say. I truly can’t believe or understand how or why she’s in business. If she’s that miserable, there are plenty of other opportunities where she won’t be in contact with PAYING customers. I will be driving a few extra miles to do any more business with UPS if I absolutely need to."

"I had the most amazing experience at this UPS Store today! Notaries were desperately needed. I have never contacted a UPS Store before. The manager at this restaurant was accommodating over the phone when I contacted them this morning. I decided to give them a go. She was as nice and accommodating in person. Before I departed, she assisted me in making copies as well! From now on, this will unquestionably be the ONLY place I utilize for any shipping or notary needs. And also the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and I have complete confidence that any task I need help with (printing, mailing, packaging & shipping, etc.) will be done with excellence.They have my highest recommendation, and I appreciate your professionalism and wonderful customer service."

"Very disappointed with the service today. The lady that “helped” me seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was a bit unpleasant. I had some big boxes to bring in and I was going to buy a bigger box from them to place them in. I asked her if I could prop the door open as I had to lift them one by one and it would have been difficult to get the door open holding the boxes. She told me not to do that as it was cold outside and proceeded to walk to the back of the store. I decided that if I had to buy a box from UPS, it would NOT be from her so I went to a UPS on Monroe Rd. Excellent service. They lent me a dolly and one of the employees propped the door open for me. It was a totally different experience."

"Today, I went to this location to get a passport photo taken and was pleasantly surprised. The staff there were highly attentive, kind, and embracing. What started as a chore I was putting off was an experience where I laughed, smiled, and had more fun than anticipated. Kajal, Zil, and Lalita were truly beautiful human beings who made my day just a little better. I hope they receive all they desire in this life, and I am genuinely grateful to have had such an incredible experience."
