"WOW! I am not usually one to write a review but I felt that this experience needed to be known because it is such a reflection of the salon and the stylist. I had my appointment today with Justine and she was an absolute gem. It was my first time visiting the salon and she instantly greeted me. She was so warm and welcoming. She sat down and chatted about my hair goals. Once we had a mutual understanding, we then headed to the wash bowl. I felt confident that we were on the same page. I never felt like she rushed me during our initial consult and setting my expectations. She talked me through the entire process. Justine then taught me how to blow dry this new style and then also helped me with how to use the hot tools to get my desired look. She was just incredible. I left feeling my absolute best self!
