"Stylist KAYLA is very rude and confrontational , She got mad at a costumer over something that happened two years ago in 2021 and she had been coming to get her hair done after the incident occurred but I guess today Kayla was moody and said she didn't want her money and refused to do her hair. Then when angy come she charged the customer 80$ which is more than what I pay or anybody else. The costumer left & Makes me want to not be a customer as well. It was very unprofessional and emotions involved ."

"Do not go here if you have natural hair , the workers are confrontational and they will sneak and put chemicals in your hair . My hair hasn't been curly since and I've been natural for 8 years . Also every time I schedule the price goes up 40$ and the style don't even last a whole 2 weeks. For the price they charge me a blowout I could go across the street to abbies braiding and buy a style that last way longer than angys blowouts . Nobody should have to pay over 70$ for a simple blowout . Complete rip off"

"My very first time, I came early on a day that was for appointment only, and I didn’t know. I was desperate to get my hair done before my summer vacation, which was in 2 days. I called the number on the door and Angy picked up right away (even tho it was super early) I told her my situation. She gave me a time to come back later in the day that she would squeeze me in. I was so grateful! My hair looked sooooo good! Silky smooth after my relaxer, my cut was da bomb diggity and I was a happy gal on my way to my vacation looking fly as hell. "Let me tell you, RUN there. The blowout was the best I’ve ever gotten in Charlotte. The women were flexible and professional. It’s ran like a typical Spanish salon, so expect music, talking in Spanish, and sometimes you switch between techs. If that’s not your jam, go somewhere else, but you should really go support more local businesses in the city instead of trying to force others to assimilate as Charlotte gentrifies."
