"I’ve had my lashes done here and another Deka location in Charlotte and idk! Both times I was disappointed! My first time I got hybrid lashes and for the entire duration of having my lashes on it felt like I was wearing heavy strips. This time around, I went for a clean classic set. Said I wanted them natural. When I looked at my lashes, they were all over the place. Even after she’d brushed them. She also spent a significant amount of time on one eye vs the other so they didn’t look even. I understand artists work with the amount of natural lashes you have but I feel like a well-versed tech would know not to overload one side if the other doesn’t match. I hope they get better for sure! I just won’t be back. It seems like they have a lot of beginner lash artists which would be fine if they weren’t charging professional prices."
