We have been helped by the guy(sorry for unknowingly his name) he helped us out as soon as possible. Thanks god. That’s the kindest person in the world. Thank you. And thankfully the Ups store has hired such friendly and professional people."

"Went in to return an Amazon package due to them sending me the wrong item. I do not have a printer and have been doing service with this particular store for 10 years. The owner happened to be working today and I was gonna print off a label through his store to return the Amazon package that was sent by mistake. I asked to print the label and he said it will cost 3$ to print the label. I asked if he could at least waive the fee considering I’ve been doing business with his store for 10 years. I told him that and his response was he didn’t care how long I’ve been doing business with him . So my response was I will take my business somewhere else that appreciate their customers and his response was he didn’t care if he lost my business. We support small businesses because my wife is small business. Beware that the owner doesn’t care to lose business and I’m sorry but being small business ourselves we would never speak to a customer that way."

"Refused to accept my amazon return that was in original box and taped up( box was not ripped or torn). They offered to sell me another box for $3. Will file a complaint with amazon….just dropped the same box off at ups store charlotte ave less than 10 mins away for free."

"Unprofessional. My mom called to simply inquire about the price of the notary for me while i tired other places. They never picked up but they were 5minutes away from us so I decided to try again. They ended up letting the phone ring again but this time they picked it up and hung up. When I came in and asked why they hung up they said they didn’t know maybe they were busy but it was stated in a very nonchalant attitude and no apology for the misunderstanding was given. Customer service is really not the same these days."
