"I asked if they were able to print out a shipping label and was simply told "yes." Come to find out that there was a *$3.25* charge that I had no choice but to pay as the label was already printed. Wish the lady had told me there would be a charge to print instead of simply just saying "yes.""

"I returned an item that was bought on Amazon which was not correct so I took it back to the UPS store here in Lancaster South Carolina. I had to wait in line because there was a customer ahead of me but the man behind the counter was doing an excellent job of processing the customer in front of me he was very polite very quick very courteous. When it was my turn You waited on me very very efficiently and I thought it was my duty as a please customer to let that man know how good of a job that he was doing in not to give it up. I wish I knew what the employee's name was so I could have posted it here on this Google review, but if you read this you'll know who you are and again great job."

"I start writing this before the clock says they are closed. The gate is open, the door is locked and the person behind the counter shakes no at me. It is a quick and easy packaged and labeled item. There is no reason for that. Plenty of other options out there."
