"Incredibly peaceful and in such a great location. Host was wonderful and helpful and happy to have us. Our children really enjoyed the goats and chickens and we had the pleasure of receiving some fresh eggs that made for a special breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked for another week in the Fall. Within walking distance on the weekend there's a barn with live music, horses, and beer and wine. See yall soon!"

"A great place to call home when staying in the Boone/Valle Crucis area! We stayed in the Raspberry Hill Cabin and it was wonderful! Loved the outdoor shower, expansive deck, swing, soaking tub, and rocking chairs. The goats and chickens are super fun as well. The property is quiet and well maintained. It's a short walk down the hill to the Mast Farm Inn. We didin't eat there, but they have a really fun barn across the street that has a nice beer selection, Ice cream, soft drinks, a beautiful flower garden, and a nice lawn area with corn hole, etc...it was a great place to while away the afternoon before retreating back to the cabin for relaxation. We will be back!"

"Our family took over Heritage Hill Cabins in late June for a week. We had beautiful weather and Jeanna responded quickly to any and all issues, which were minor. Their willingness to let us be and yet respond when needed prompted five stars for service. I have heard zero complaints from anyone regarding the accommodations! Instead, we heard great things about the comfort of the beds, and the more-than-simply-adequate kitchen equipment. We actually brought more stuff than we needed to prepare meals for the large evening meals. The Blue Ridge mountain location was perfect for this family reunion. The cool nights and warm sunny days made for a perfect get-away. Groceries were easily available in Boone and the amazingly wonderful little park just down the road provided running paths, children's outdoor play equipment and several great spots to toss in a line and try your luck and skill with the 'bows running in the beautiful river running through it. The carved tree stumps were a great distraction on the walking path, if a distraction was needed. The $5 suggested donation was worth the visit, and more! Thanks, Jeanna, for a great place. "The property is well maintained and beautifull. We stayed in one of the smaller cabins, had everything we needed. Picture book decor! The goats and chickens were a nice touch! If you like to sleep in….between the roller blinds and curtains…enjoy! Definitely would stay again!"

"BEST PLACE TO STAY when visiting Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and the surrounding area!! We would never stay anywhere else! We have rented ALL of the cabins at Heritage Hill over the past few years depending on if we're traveling with friends and family or traveling as a couple! First let me say, the accommodations, location, furnishings, cleanliness and attention to detail is top notch! The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you'll need and then some! The beds are SUPER comfy with high quality sheets and linens! Heritage Hill is a private oasis situated close to everywhere you'll want to visit in the high country! The property has goats and chickens and is pet friendly!! We feel like it's our own private little farm when we visit! Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, ski mountains, wineries, restaurants, hiking, fishing, shopping, etc are all a SHORT drive from Heritage Hill! There is a BEAUTIFUL park less than a mile away, situated DIRECTLY on The Watauga River, Valle Crucis Park! There you can enjoy walking trails, a playground and Friday nights music in the park during the summer months! Don't forget to visit The ORIGINAL Mast General store, just a minute drive down the street! Needless to say, our next reservation is already booked in October to see the foliage, leaves changing and fall festivals!"
