"I had a very unpleasant experience from an employee, a young man on the heavier side with sunburn/red pimples on his cheeks (Thats the best way I can remember him). He came in with a bad attitude and start talking to me in high pitch voice because I wasnt understanding fully how the service I asked for worked. It's very clear that he hates his job so much and didn't want to be there. Everyone else who was helping me before he came in was in good spirits. I hope his day ended well. Replying to your degrading LIES!! Of course thats how people like you treats people of color, you look at us all in a bad way! I work hard to PAY for what I want and don't let me remind you what YOU STEAL FROM US!!! THANK YOU"

"Awesome customer service and prices. I usually just stop in here to return my Amazon packages but today I need a presentation printed immediately (of course) and when I say the service was quick, efficient and beat the price of another competitor (with better quality too!) I could not be more thrilled. I walked in at 4:04pm, did my Amazon return and on a whim I asked if they could do it. The owner (I presume) was on it soooo fast and showed me what he could do for me. I was walking out the door by 4:20. Everyone that was working at the store was very polite as well. The store was very clean was even being cleaned between customers. Again - great customer service and prices. Thank you for the quality work!!"

"You would think all UPS stores are generally the same service and experience… WRONG. This place is significantly better than all other UPS locations. I’m spoiled that I live close to this one but every time I go to a different UPS in Charlotte im reminded how good this one is. The owner Camille is quick kind efficient and has a wonderful staff of other employees. I never thought I’d write a google review for a UPS store but this one deserves 5 stars for sure"
